What does the express service cover?
CAD-IS handles three types of rush orders: direct repair of damaged tools and tooling, design modification for changed part requirements, and remanufacturing of spare or wear parts when originals are no longer available.
Tool breakage & overhaul
Defective tooling is analyzed, damaged areas are milled or turned, worn areas are repaired. The goal: back in production as quickly as possible.
Design modification
Part geometry has changed? CAD-IS modifies existing gauges, fixtures or tooling and machines the changed components.
Spare part manufacturing
Wear and spare parts to drawing or sample when originals are discontinued, unavailable or too expensive. Lot size 1 to small batch.
